Resident Care Home Testimonials
Ho’oNani Care Home is a good choice. Ho’oNani provides a good situation and is a blessed care home. My happiness consists of everything we experience.
I am happy that we get along amicably. A few days ago, my 80th birthday was celebrated with love and consideration of everyone. I am in great appreciation.
I respect the founder, Mrs. Karyn Clay. She is modest and has super-eminent energy. Her loving power is impressive.”

I would like to explain to you what this care home is all about. It helps a person who needs guidance in their everyday activities. It helps a person feel supported through a situation that they would normally feel frustrated about.
It is very helpful to have a location where a person is able to get out of their home and participate in activities that are very close by. The activities are varied and available for anybody needing guidance, whether you are moving around a lot or just having conversation.
The people who are caregivers in the facilities are very understanding and helpful in making a person’s abilities work for them.
I am comforted by the fact that there are so many different people who are able to meet my needs and answer (or find the answer) to any questions I have, due to my own health reasons.
I would very highly recommend Ho’oNani Care Home as a place to live.”

Caregiver and Community Testimonials
What a great place you have brought to this community – a service badly needed and beautifully implemented.”

My 91 year old mother moved into Ho‘oNani Care Home on January 2, 2015. The move was smooth and Karyn and her staff were so very helpful. What could have been a disconcerting and traumatic move for Mom turned out to be a wonderful experience. She felt welcome and at home. Karyn explained to her that this was like a stay at a resort and that she (Karyn) was like Mom’s concierge. My family and I the staff all make us and Mom feel welcome and Mom feels like she is at home. Whenever there is an issue or concern, Karyn is quick to text, email or call me. We can all be responsive to Mom’s needs. I know that she is so much better off with her new family (residents and staff) than she was living on her own. She has actually started playing Bingo at the neighboring adult day care, she’s asked for her earings/jewelry so she can dress up like the other ladies and she’s even begun wearing lipstick again. After 3 or 4 years of steady decline, it’s wonderful to see her blossoming again. Much aloha and many mahalos to Karyn and her staff.”
