Mission Statement: To graciously serve our residents with loving comfort and safety in their Ho‘oNani home.
Our home offers an open-plan common area, shared dining space and modern kitchen, 3 bed- rooms that serve 5 full-time residents, 3 baths, private lanais and outdoor seating areas. The floor plan was especially designed to provide a safe and welcoming environment for elders with physical or mental limitations.
Daily activities such as music, games, personalized exercise, group outings and review of current events keep the mind and body engaged with the world at large. Transportation is available for health care appointments and attending religious services, as requested.
We encourage our residents to continue the social activities they enjoy in the community, invite their friends and family to visit, pursue hobbies and personalize their private space so that they feel completely at home. Afternoon teas and happy hours give residents and their guests an opportunity to chat and share their stories in a warm and gracious setting.
The Ways We Serve
Elders feel safest knowing that help is at hand when it’s needed. Our trained, professional care staff is on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to provide encouragement, clarify a moment of confusion or give a kind word.
Staff oversees daily medications and individual dietary preferences as well as making sure the medical program set by each resident’s physician is carefully followed. Whether it’s help with bathing, finding a lost item or steadying a foot- step, our staff enhances the quality of each resident’s life at Ho‘oNani.
Housekeeping is provided daily, as are nutritious and healthy meals and snacks. In fact, residents who enjoy cooking are welcome to help the staff with meal preparation, if they choose.
