Caring Transportation Specialist ~ joined our team in 2019
Talofa & Aloha!
I was born on the 12th day of December, 1972 on a small island of American Samoa. I was given the name Anita E. Pele and my mom gave me the nickname “Frankie” later on in life to match my personality. I am a family oriented person, as are most Samoans. As an army brat, I enjoyed growing up with a culturally diverse population. I learned to speak a little of their languages and taste their dishes.
For 11 years I worked at the only hospital that we have in American Samoa (LBJ Tropical Medical Center). I’ve worked as a Dental Assistant for numerous dentists, and the best part is the care that I provided to each patient, young and old. I enjoy, love & cherish the bond that I share with patients.
Working at HoʻoNani Adult Care Services allows me to spend time with my small family on weekends. Especially working side by side with my wife, Carrie, helps us understand each other in and out of our home. Appreciation to owner Karyn Clay for making it possible for us to have family time and those unexpected or forgotten appointments.
